An Egyptian bicolor faience ushabti of ‘Nesh-Tahi’, 3rd Intermediate Period, Dynasty 22, c. 943 - 712 BC, mummiform, wearing tripartite wig with shesh headband, arms folded across chest, hands holding a pick and hoe, basket on right shoulder, vertical column of hieroglyphic text down front of legs. A wonderful example of this type with great style! H: 3 1/8 in (7.9 cm). Ex Nomis Antiquities.
