Good condition
This whimsical Victorian brooch of silver topped eighteen karat yellow gold features a swallow carrying a stylized envelope and branch. Featuring forty two rose cut diamonds throughout the body, totaling an estimated weight of 0.90 carats, the eye is composed of a bright red paste stone which was very typical of the period. The brooch is also accented by a lustrous white cultured pearl with rose overtones measuring three millimeters in diameter. In good condition with the pin and C clasp in working order. Please note the pin stem has most likely been replaced.
