This gorgeous, silver portrait pendant features an idyllic scene of a seated woman playing a harp, looked upon adoring by a cupid, in the style of Rococo painter Jean-Honoré Fragonard. The cut corner rectangle shaped picture is framed by a rose gold toned border with a scalloped texture which is further wreathed by 134 mine cut, foil backed paste stones emblematic of the period. Of varying sizes, these are bezel set in a foliate design, and the pendant is topped by a bail which is fronted by a stylized bow with sprays of continuing design. In good condition with the locket window in back in working order and wear commensurate with age.
