t is our opinion that the trays have bveen refitted or reconstructed, possibly later. The box is not in the best of condition as evident from images. The hinge and latch appear to be later, the brass has been badly maintained, hence the color difference from polish. The corner construction is begining to seperate but presently holds, however wer believe it will restore nicely.
