An early 20th century 16ct gold diamond pendant. The old-cut diamond star, within a rope-twist surround and scrolling openwork panel, to the heart-shape surmount. Estimated diamond weight 0.10ct. Length 4.5cms. Weight 5.1gms.

Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and small patches of heavy discolouration in keeping with general wear and age. Base metal replacement pin. Diamond bright and lively. Light and dark coloured inclusions can be seen with magnification. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate and full colour and clarity assessment. Stamped 16ct.
