Description
20th Century American Banjo Clock. 7 in. painted metal dial with nice blued hands, brass weight driven 8 day time only movement, long wood pendulum stick with brass covered bob, brass pulley and lead weight. In a mahogany banjo style case with gilt brass eagle finial, pierced brass side arms, brass door bezel with convex glass, gilt beaded trim around the throat and lower door and has an original reverse painted tablet and throat glass. Original finish, in good condition, glasses have some inpainting. 33.5 in. high x 10 in. wide x 4 in. deep. Weight: 15 lbs.
