VERY RARE ADMIRAL DEWEY'S LAMP MINIATURE OIL LAMP, brass, bullet-form base with black cast metal cannon feet, ship embossed on the front and "Remember The Maine" on the back; original opaque white ball shade with water and ship decoration in aqua, black, yellow, rust and blue ring along the top; period burner, and stenciled chimney "Made in Saxony." Possibly Baron & Houchin Manufacturing Company, NY. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 13" H to top of the shade, base 5 1/2" to top of collar.
