Description
PRESSED SANDWICH "FRENCH INK" STAND, bright Vaseline (uranium), comprising a stand with two shell-form receivers centering a plateau with two holes to receive the inkwell and sander with original copper cover, rays to underside of plateau, factory-polished top of plateau, table rim, and underside of inserts. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. Circa 1870-1880. 2 3/4" HOA; stand 1 1/2" H, 6 5/8" x 7 3/8".

Condition
Plateau openings with shallow chip and flaking which is normal, otherwise undamaged.
