Description

late 18th/19th century, the serpentine top above a conforming case fitted with three drawers, on short cabriole legs, decorated overall with scrolls and floral bouquets, 35.75 H x 27.75 W x 16.25 D, est:$1000/2000. Provenance: Property from the Mercedes Alexander Trust

Condition

Structurally sound. General marks, nicks, scratches and wear overall. Some redecoration. Top entirely redecorated with older floral printed paper. Painted decoration with yellowing to varnish and also rubbed and with losses, as visible in photo. Some typical age cracking overall. Front left foot reattached. Some minor losses to timber in areas. No key.
