Ivory Greyhound Cane-Ca. 1900-A nicely carved ivory greyhound head with longer snout, folded ears and inset glass eyes, ebony shaft with a well chased Art Nouveau white metal collar and a stag horn ferrule. The streamline profile of the handle as well as its ergonomic shape are stunning and make this cane great to use or to add to a displayed collection..-H. 4” x 1 ½”, O.L. 37 ¼”-$600-$800

The ivory Loxodonta Africana in this cane complies with pre-cites and the Endangered Species Act 1973 which are currently the law in the United States. It is our opinion that this cane was made before 1973 and the ivory has not been repaired or altered.
