WE SHIP! The AEAA is very proud to present this gorgeous 1902-1903 Oak hand carved Art Nouveau Kitchen / mantle Gingerbread clock by Waterbury. Our 8 day time & strike (hour & half Hour) Oak Gingerbread clock has its pendulum and key, plus exceptional hand-carved florals & gold accents. kEY PROVIDED. This clock has full rear paper validation and marked face, and a Walnut example can be seen in Tran Duy Ly' book on Waterbury clocks, on Page #184. The weight is 6#, and measurements 14.75 x 4 x 22 inches tall, and is in VG condition with a minor wood scrape and a small scratch on the glass. The works need cleaning to run. Our clock was in the catalog in 1903, and was available in either oak or walnut. The original cost varied from $4.15 to $4.45 with the alarm at an additional $.50.Waterbury Oak "Buxton" Kitchen Clock with an 8 day T&S movement. There is a marked paper dial with a brass pan and a castle scene pendulum. The nice case has a door that is stenciled with a stork, butterflies and Oriental towers. The key is with it.
