A selection of four gem-set brooches. To include a blue topaz and seed pearl openwork brooch, an opal bar brooch, a cultured pearl and diamond brooch and a cultured pearl brooch. Lengths 6 to 3cms. Weight 11.8gms.

Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Some pins base metal replacement. Blue topaz medium blue, fairly well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions. Opal white with fair play-of-colour showing a range of hues. Cultured pearls white, with limited to fair pink overtones and good to fair lustre, some minor surface blemishes can be seen. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. One stamped 9ct.
