ROLEX - a gentleman's Oysterdate Precision wrist watch. Circa 1950s. Stainless steel case. Reference 6066, serial 287. Signed manual wind movement. Silvered dial with teardrop hour markers, Arabic numeral six, nine and twelve, date aperture to three. Fitted to an unsigned brown leather strap with signed stainless steel pin buckle. 30mm.

Movement is not currently functioning. It appears as though the movement can not currently be wound. This will require attention. Movement is worn with some surface rust and noticeable scratches and marks visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. Hands show holes and discolouration to the luminous paint. The luminous paint has completely gone. The hands have holes instead of luminous paint. Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe. Glass is a replacement and is loose. Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints. Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting. Crown is a replacement. Strap is in a poor condition with noticeable wear, marks, creasing and discolouration. Buckle shows marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. This lot does not come with box or papers.
