The piece sustains three thin cracks about 2-2.5" long and two tiny dents at the center above the arch. There are three thin vertical cracks approximately 2" long at the bottom, just right of the center. They appear to be in the paint layer and not on the wood panel. There is a circular disturbance in the varnish above the left of the woman's head and another on the upper right. The surface is very smooth and fine.
