Description
Attributed to Graf Harrach (Bohemian, founded 1712), late 19th/early 20th century. A pair of Bohemian art glass vases of tapering cylindrical form with gradient color from cranberry at top to clear at bottom and exhibiting twisted or optic spiral character, each vase with enamel and gilt flower stem to front and gilt band at rim. Unmarked. Approximate height 13.5", diameter of base 4.25". Provenance: From the Estate of Mary L. Haugk, Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Condition
Minor gilt loss particularly to mouth and some loss to gilt on painted surface on leaves. Minor surface scratches. No chips, cracks or repairs noted.
