Description

A gold lamé and sage-green crepe bias-cut gown, early 1930s, together with a black chiffon dinner dress; a 1930s blonde mohair wig and two gold embroidered cloche hats, late 1920s, busts 86-92cm, 34-36in (5)

Condition

Lamé dress has tarnished, slight thinning in the weave in spots on the bodice but not noticeable unless held against the light, slight thinning over posterior. Black dress good condition, wig good condition. Cloth of gold cloche with embroidery – good condition, lining needs re-stitching. Silver, gold and blue cloche – good condition.
