A Very Rare Royal Worcester Majolica ‘Dragon’ Teapot c.1875. Designed by James Hadley ( Royal Worcester’s chief modeller). The yellow ground square form body decorated with Oriental style birds and blossoms and with a turquoise high arched dragon handle, the dragons head forming the spout and supported on four raised feet. A similar porcelain example is included in the collection on the Royal Worcester Museum, Worcester, England, 7 1/2"h
