A PAIR OF CHINESE POLYCHROME ENAMELED AND DEEP RED FLAMB GLAZED VASES, POSSIBLY LANGYAO, 20TH CENTURY, each of tapering ovoid form with sides centering various Immortals with their respective attributes astride sacred animals, beneath a similarly decorated flaring circular neck, and covered throughout in shades of deep red thinning towards the crackled mouth rim in purplish blue tones and continuing on the interior walls with long legs revealing a crackled buff glaze body, reversing to a turquoise glazed underside.
