Bisque socket head with deeply-modelled features, brown sleep eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, plump lower cheeks, closed mouth, accented lips, original plaster pate and light brown mohair wig, wooden and composition jointed body with straight wrists, cotton print dress with brown silk yoke and sleeve bands, matching shirred bonnet, antique brown leather boots. Commentary: Very early Kestner model having finest quality smooth bisque and superb sculpting of features, excellent original body with original finish, original wig, fine costume.
