Late 19th/early 20th century, each marked ''France'', the scent bottles each with paper label ''Made in France / for / Charles Mayer / and / Company'', each with inset green guilloche panels, the larger articles with inset porcelain reserves hand-painted with female portraits, most signed ''Darly'', a nine-piece set comprising a hand mirror (1.25'' H x 7.5'' W x 5.75'' D), a fabric-lined gilt-bronze box (2'' H x 6.5'' W x 5.25'' D), a cut-glass powder jar (3.5'' H x 6'' Dia.), 2 cut-crystal scent bottles (each: 7.875'' H x 2.5'' W x 2.625'' D), a brush (1.75'' H x 2'' W x 7.625'' D), a shoehorn (8.625''), a button hook (7.5'') and a comb (7.75''), 9 pieces, est: $600/800
