Xylographic printer device with Crowned Salamander surrounded by flames at title-page, woodcut head-letters and decorations at preliminary leaves, text on two columns.
Uncommon edition of Garcìa's treatise on ecclesiastic benefices: in this work the author lists the moral and juridical requirements to get a benefice, beneficium, the procedure to follow and the motivation to give or to withdraw one.
Annex to the text there is a collection of Decisiones or judgments related to benefices, for complexity of the matter that can be considered among the Canon Law and the Civil Law.
