Set of two Meissen porcelain cabinet plates. 19th century. Porcelain cabinet plates having lobed reticulated borders and raised gilt accents on a cobalt ground, both centered with hand-painted reserves depicting classical scenes. One titled "To und Jupiter, Boucher" and the other titled "Entführung der Dejanira, Moreau", both on reverse. Both having Meissen blue underglaze mark and impressed numbers to underside. Diameter 9 5/8".
