Description
A Japanese ivory tusk tip okimono, Meiji period, carved with three figures, a Buddhist lion and a dragon beneath a pine tree on a rocky outcrop, unsigned, height 25cm.
Condition
Two old splits to the underside. There are eight horizontal and vertical old splits, each of about 2cm in length, around the main body of the carving.
