  • Rowling, J. K., Quidditch Through the Ages, And Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Bloomsbury, 2001. From the library of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry come these two books by Newt Scamander and Kennilworthy Whisp (Rowling's pseudonyms). These are the same textbooks used by Harry Potter and the other Hogwarts students. Both are first editions softcover with the numbers descending 10-1 on the copyright pages and both are in very fine condition. "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" was printed in Scotland by Omnia books Limited; "Quidditch Through the Ages" was printed in Great Britain. As new.

  • Irving, John. A Widow for One Year. Signed limited edition of Widow for One Year. Media Unicycle Press (1998). The American limited edition, issued to precede the American trade edition. One of 1200 copies signed by the author. Leatherbound, gilt stamped, with an introduction by Irving on gender and structure that does not appear in any other editions. The first publication by Unicycle Press, issued with a relatively small limitation compared to the Franklin Library signed editions of Irving's last several novels. A fine copy. Please note that the glare is from unopened shrink wrap.

  • Bradbury, Ray. Fahrenheit 451. Angel City Press, 2005. SIGNED LIMITED EDITION of Ray Bradbury's "Fahrenheit 451." Published in California by Angel City Press in 2005. Limited Edition, Hardback Fine/Fine. Unread. SIGNED. Daniel Barajas- Illustrator (195p). This copy was SIGNED in person by Ray Bradbury, although not called for (that is, the book was issued as an unsigned limited edition, and later signed by Bradbury). This is one of 2500 copies of the special edition of "Fahrenheit 451." The Long Beach Public Library Foundation proudly presents Long Beach Reads One Book. Ray Bradbury's masterwork, "Fahrenheit 451" was chosen for the city's 2005 celebration of reading and the book. A citywide art contest was held encouraging local artists to design the cover and interior illustrations of this very special memento and tribute to author Ray Bradbury. The artwork of 3 very gifted students, Daniel Barajas, Michael Neal, Loren Mader, is shown in this book.
