A Japanese incense burner commemorating the marriage of crown prince Akihito (now the Heisei emperor). Made of patinated cast iron with lovely style. Brought from Japan in 1960 and presented to the matriarch of a venerable West San Fernando Valley estate. Dia: 7 7/8 in (18.3 cm).
