A late 19th century pique tortoiseshell brooch. The oval-shape foliate drop, to the bow surmount. Length 4.8cms.

Overall condition good. Pique work in good condition, surface scratches on the tortoiseshell in keeping with age and wear. Possibly adapted from a larger item of jewellery.
