A bronze model chariot comprising: a chariot bed with sidewalls, frontal panel, two large spoked wheels on an axle, two lateral arms and a halter between; a horse in standing pose, head and tail erect, hollow to the underside; a driver figure with arms extended; a large domed discoid shade with hatched surface and reserved decorative elements, separate supporting rod. Property of a London gentleman; acquired before 1996. 1.1 kg total, 28cm (11").
