Condition consistent with age. A pea-sized paper loss is noted on the left edge. Flea-sized spots of foxing are noted intermittently throughout. An approximate 1 inch tear is observed on the right edge and an attendant repair is seen on the back. A circled "x" is noted in pencil on the back lower left. The top edge is ragged from previous binding and 9 pieces of tape, likely for mounting, are seen on the back. Scattered smudges are noted throughout the back. The watermark reads "J Whatman 1836".
