Up for sale this rare find: an authentic Vacheron & Constantin men's watch in a big-sized heavy solid 18K yellow gold case, manufactured in 1940's.

The dial is nicely-designed with gold Arabic hour numerals and ""pyramid"" hour markings, the solid-gold case is beautifully shaped with ""tear drop"" lugs, the watch retains its original winding crown and looks gorgeous overall.

The watch is equipped with a rare big-sized genuine Vacheron & Constantin P454 Cal. chronometer-grade 17 jewels manually-wound movement, epitomizing an excellence and perfection of Swiss mechanical watches gold era. The watch is excellent working and keeping time.
