A GROUP OF THREE VICTORIAN BRASS MOUNTED COPPER SHIP SIGNAL LANTERNS, BY H. HUGHES, FEN CHURCH ST, ENGLAND, THIRD QUARTER 19TH CENTURY, comprising two corner lanterns with scrolling banner "STARBOARD" and "PORT," above bulbous red and blue glass shields, surmounted by a cylindrical chimney with loop handle, height: 8"; one with flat black and waved brass banner "MASTHEAD," above a clear glass bulbous shield and surmounted by a cylindrical chimney with brass loop handle over a circular manufacturers label, height: 7".
