Structurally sound and in good condition. General wear, such as scuffs, scratches and a few age cracks throughout, as well as repairs and restorations, as is expected for the age of the piece. Notably, the fitted commode seat is of a later date. It is probable that, although in the style of the period, the hardware has been replaced. A few areas of stain or varnish discoloration.
