Description
Bradley and Hubbard Manufacturing Company (American (Connecticut), 1852-1940), circa late 19th century. A gilt brass and onyx converted oil table lamp with pierced four footed base decorated by foliate tabs surmounted by a central onyx shaft issuing fluted column with ionic capital, the font of round form with pierced scrolling decoration, with a scenic landscape hand painted milk glass globe shade. Marked in the cast to side of font "B&H", also to switch "B&H", the leveler with "Pat. Applied For". Overall approximate height 26.25", diameter of shade 8.5".
