An early Victorian cut steel and red paste pendant. Designed as two red paste cabochons with scrolling surmount to a suspended red paste cabochon drop, attached to a red ribbon. Surmount later added. Length of pendant 8cms.
The condition of the lot is fair, with surface scratches to the metal and pastes in keeping with age and wear. Some red-brown discolouration to the surround of the cut steel studs. Ribbon later added, shows some sign of wear. Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
