Chinese Cobalt Monochrome Vase, Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), probably 19th century, the square sectional vase with handles, a blue monochrome glaze and a four-character Qianlong reign mark in underglaze blue on the underside, h. 12-1/4", w. 7-1/4".

Scattered small, old losses to glaze along the edges of the vessel. Firing anomalies including a few small dark irregularities along the mouth rim. Part of a wax seal with textile on underside. Wear is consistent and expected with age, material and display. No visible evidence of repair or restoration.
