Description

A Victorian cased silver scent bottle, the cylindrical body florally engraved surrounding a shield shaped monogrammed cartouche, the domed hinged cover similarly engraved. Hallmarked H. Bros, Birmingham 1886. Height measuring 5.5 cm.
The lot displays general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Minor dent to cover. Hinge and clasp in good working order. No stopper present. Case with some wear to the exterior. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
