Very Good - 84 years old, Seal mounted on acid free matboard

Condition Guide:

“Fine” A print with almost no discernible issues in the image area. A print graded Fine is allowed minute defects in the printing process, but these would not diminish the value of the print, and they would not be noticeable except under close inspection.

“Excellent” A print with a few minor issues that affect the gravure. Including; a small scuff in the image area that is only discernible upon inspection, All defects should be listed and described.

“Very Good” A print with some minor issues that affect the print. Including, but not limited to: small smudges and or scratches that are visible from a particular angle on inspection, but not directly head-on, or at distance, or covered with glass.

“Good” A print with some visible issues. Slight foxing or edge yellowing or minor discoloration and a few more smudges or scratches as described in "very good".

“Fair” Same as "good" with the image area also affected to a larger degree and may include some browning and minor creases.

“Poor” A print graded Poor will have defects which are immediately noticeable and detract from the beauty of the print. Heavy yellowing or browning, stains, severe foxing, tears, holes, marks, and heavy or multiple creases which were not present at the time of publication (this does not include original fold-out prints). Poor prints are generally not for display unless they are very rare.
