CITY MANUFACTURING CO. / L. C. WHITE PATENT NO. 1 LIP BURNER AND CHIMNEY SETUP, thumbwheel marked "CITY MFG. CO PAT'D DEC. 9TH 1862.", interior fitted with a brass contoured wire which is connected to a securing clip, colorless lip chimney. Circa 1862. 8 1/2" HOA.

Provenance: The collection of Frank and Karen McWright of Bethel, CT.

Condition

Burner lacking deflector, otherwise undamaged, chimney fitter with minute flakes/roughness.
