Lot of thirteen hardcover books mostly hardcover & collecible books dating from the last quarter of the 19th century to the middle of the 20th century. included are: "St. Ives" by Robert Louis Stevenson 1897, "Short History of Women", "Nature Adresses & Lectures by Emerson 1884, "Monsieur Parent & Other Stories" by Guy deMaupassant 1917, "New Century Dictionary by Noah Webster, "Dust & Ashes" 1899 and "Quo Vadis" 1896 by Sienkiewicz, "World's Greatest Masterpieces" vol. 8, "Roget's Theasarus", "Portrait of a Lady" by James, "Blue Bird" by Maeterlinck, "Quiet Corner in a Library" by Hudson and "Multitude & Solitude" by Masefield. Books are from an estate collection, all are hardcover and many are first edition, but they vary in shape. The covers are intact, but have a fair amount of wear and some were library books. Several have bookplates.
