A very nice Crosby Steam Gauge Company product from Boston. It has that information and a Jan 30, 1877 patent on the base area. It's a 3 chime. It has a 2 1/4" diameter and it stands 6" tall. It has a fine acorn finial and it does not have a control arm. There is a serrated band around the belly. It is mounted on a cast iron base so it displays very well.
