To include an early 19th century marquise-shape double-sided locket with woven hair and gold surround engraved 'gage de reconnaissance', together with a late 19th century woven hair oval-shape brooch with scroll surround. Length of pendant 4.8cms. Length of brooch 5.2cms. Total weight 22.1gms.

Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

Inscription roughly translates to 'token of appreciation'.

Base metal replacement pin.

Glass with few deep scratches.

Brooch with areas of wear and discolouration.
