After Théodore Géricault (French, 1791-1824), "The Charging Chasseur"-circa 1812, oil on canvas, signed at lower right "Moristo". 20th century figural painting after the French master Théodore Géricault (French, 1791-1824), the original is housed in The Louvre, Paris, France, depicting a Napoleonic cavalry officer on horseback with leopard or cheetah riding blanket, with sword in hand, with the remnants of battle in background. Framed approximately 49.25" x 37.5". Unframed approximately 36" x 24".
