PERSIAN ROOM-SIZE CARPET, probably Shiraz, cream medallion with red, blue and yellow floral design with two large floral/foliate elements extending toward each end, on red field, bold black corners with floral/foliate design, main border in black flanked by borders of red and black triangles, with inner and outer border in cream/tan; reinforced fringe along top edge likely for wall mounting. Probably mid 20th century. 11' 4" x 5' 10".
Excellent condition overall, some minor rippling, one or two minor stains, the largest no more than 1/2" D.
