H. Ferrat Bronze Figural Newell Lamp. Large exceptional bronze sculpture of a woman rising up in the clouds with stars at her feet, she is twirling in garments with a floral crown and holding up a torch; the bowed plated in front of her feet is relief decorated with putti and Zodiac symbols with Cyrillic lettering in the front. Has an excellent medium-dark brown patina, in excellent condition, signed “H. Ferrat, SCt. 1855”. Torch has a single socket with 3.25 in. dia. shade fitter. Has a period frosted and cut glass globe with bullet form and cut flowers. 47.25 in. high. Weight: 104 lbs.
