TWO ROYAL COPENHAGEN POLYCHROME PAINTED PORCELAIN ROOSTER FIGURES, GREEN AND BLUE MAKER'S MARKS, 20TH CENTURY, both painted in white and pastel color palette of dusty grays, rust, browns, and green, and with green underglaze crown Royal Copenhagen hallmark underfoot, comprising "Cock," no. 1025, circa 1975-1979, originally designed by Christian Thomsen (Danish 1961-1921), a standing crested rooster bending over with head turned upward and to it's left with wings resting to either side and erect tail feather high above and with "ChT" embossed monogram on base reversing to an underside stamped "1025," beside green maker's mark surmounting blue triple wave and painter's illegible initials over "1025," the rim marked with red "FC," height: 7 1/4"; alongside another originally designed by Christian Thomsen, "Cock and Hen," no. 1094, circa 1975-1979, a standing crested rooster with elaborate white and gray tipped tail feathers looking slightly to it's left over the head of the crested hen walking beside and leaning over with neck turned downward and two it's right looking at the grassy ground with "Chr. Th." embossed monogram on base reversing to an underside stamped "1094" opposite green maker's mark surmounting blue triple wave and a column pair of X's over green "1904," height: 9 1/4".
