English, circa 1910. 2nd item: Wedgwood transferware Portrait pitcher, memorial to the poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Bulbous form with gilt trim, the rim decorated with titles of his more famous poems, the reverse printed with the text of the poem Keramos about the potting of clay. 6 5/8" H x 6 1/2" diameter.
