Description
1st item: Rare Royal Doulton porcelain Dickensware Mr. Pickwick humidor or tobacco jar with lift top, 6 3/8" H. English, circa 1910. 2nd item: Wedgwood transferware Portrait pitcher, memorial to the poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Bulbous form with gilt trim, the rim decorated with titles of his more famous poems, the reverse printed with the text of the poem Keramos about the potting of clay. 6 5/8" H x 6 1/2" diameter. Condition
1st item: Small glaze imperfection at bottom edge, light crazing, a couple of short hairlines to interior lid. 2nd item: Some glaze abrasions to handle, interior staining, light crazing.
