Description
Sizable studio glass and brass box created by artist Jack Ink, in the style of Japanese artist Kyohei Fujita. Both sections reveal impressionistic trails of silver and lime green patterns and colorful pocks of foliage appearing to float, as if upon a burgundy river. Measures 8 inches tall by 10 inches long and 4 1/2 inches wide. Artist signed with the number 1284 inside one section. Jack Ink was a former student of Harvey Littleton, father of the 20th Century glass movement. Mr. Ink's work is known world wide and is displayed at the Corning Museum of Glass in New York. Excellent condition.
