This is a Great Northern Railway Veteran's Association ribbon and button. The ribbon is marked "Veterans Association / Great Northern Railway / Organized Feb. 23, 1913 / Unity Loyalty Fraternity" and shows the image of James J. Hill, founder of the railroad. The ribbon comes with the original envelope. The button is marked "Veterans Ass'n Great Northern Ry." and has the name Thomas Simpson. The Great Northern ribbon and button are in good condition. The ribbon measures 2.75" x 9".
