Imperial 18thC Chinese Octafoil Carved Blackwood Stand on 4 feet and in 3 sections, the center section with double walls of carving and piercing; The top with a flat piece of blackwood surrounded by a low railing. Two sections of the railing restored; 3 of the feet replaced with casts from the original 4th foot; very small damages, tiny losses and some re-gluing of original multi-part constructions. Inside width of octafoil top 7inches (17.8 cm.) X depth 4 1/4 inches (11 cm.). Overall height 4 inches (10.3 cm.).
