Copyright date 1935, first edition, first printing. Blue cloth over boards with gold lettering on a black background. Blue tint to the top page edges, no tears, bent pages. Previous owner's name written on the inside flyleaf. Spine has some sun fading along the front edges and the back top edges. Light soiling to the covers. Browning to the inside front and back covers, light foxing to the for edge pages. Some shelfware along the edges, some very light fraying to the head and toe of the spine. Dust Jacket, original second state jacket, some creasing and small chips are the head of the spine edge wear along the edges. The dust jacket is now protected by a clear cover. The text is bright and clean, binding is secure, a solid collectible book.
