Description

MOSER-STYLE CUT AND GILDED PAIR OF MANTLE LUSTERS, cranberry cased colorless, each trumpet-form vase with galleried top featuring cut fans and five applied opal medallions hand-painted with classical busts, raised on a domed foot with cut prism edge, hung with 20 long cut prisms, mostly matching. Fourth quarter 19th century. 10 1/2" H, 5 1/8" D rim.

Lusters undamaged with some wear to rings at bottom of stem and gilding, primarily on top of foot, lacking three prism hanging wires, prisms less than normal flaking.
